I'm a 28 year old Mommy to two boys. I recently had my 2nd baby November 2006 and now I'm ready to battle the pounds and reach my goals. I plan to use this journal to post my successes and moans on the battle to a happier, healthy body.

Whoo Wee

LOL its been a little while. Same weight pretty much. Thought I was 166 this morning. I always come away from the weekend retaining a little bit. I DID keep up with writing everything down. I have been making better choices. That is always a plus on all accounts.

I think I need to start using fitday.com. Something to help me really get an idea of my calorie counts. And I need to get back in exercising....I sadly quit doing that right around the holidays.

I did get Eyetoy Kinetic for playstation 2 this weekend. I just need to hook it up and figure it out. I also started to Tivo Denise Austin again. She can be a little irritating but she's very motivational.

Today so far I've ate...

Early morning - thermos of coffee (about 3 cups...not a normal habit for me..I was tired), 3 tsp creamer and splenda

Bfast - 1/2 cup oatmeal, 2 tbsp raisins, small amount splenda brown sugar to taste (doesn't take much)

16oz water

Lunch - 2 cups Pasta E Fagioli soup (about 300 cals), 2 andes mints

little snack - Orange

working on 20 ounce bottle of water now

around 4-4:30 I'll have some baby carrots and some hummus

dinner I'm not 100% sure about yet, maybe taco salad (self made). I'll go heavy on the greens, lighter on the fattening stuff.
