I'm a 28 year old Mommy to two boys. I recently had my 2nd baby November 2006 and now I'm ready to battle the pounds and reach my goals. I plan to use this journal to post my successes and moans on the battle to a happier, healthy body.

164 and some change

Yay! I was 166 on the 16th so I guess I am eating better in the long run.

Yesterday my period started and I just wasn't all that hungry in the morning. At our 10am work meeting I had a cinnamon raisin bagel with just a little cream cheese spread on it.

Lunch was Pasta E Fagioli soup. I didn't finish it, I left maybe a 1/4 cup.

I did go have a Granda Cinnamon Dolce Frappuchino LOL.

Later on I had 14 baby carrots and 2 tbsp hummus...2 Andes Mints.

Filet o Fish meal with fries and a diet coke

2 white chocolate macadamia cookies

So it wasn't the best eating day but trust me I've done a LOT worse. I haven't touched any of the snack cakes in my house in I don't know how long. I still managed to drop a pound this morning.

So far from looking at my diet things look good but I think I need to sneak in some dairy. Days go by I don't eat any. From what I keep reading it can really help with weight loss. I am enjoying the extra veggies though, and my skin is clearing some. Those are always nice side effects.
