Not so good evening.
So after I had my Hummus/carrott snack yesterday, I had one piece of peppermint puff candy to help ward off the bad breath.
Then I had a small piece of pecan pie bar dessert. It had been back there all lunch time and was talking to me. Thank god its all gone now.
At home I had spaghetti and meatballs, 1 pc bread w/cheese, small salad. The pasta was lo carb but I just ate way too much regardless. It was the first time I had finished a meal that I actually felt like I ate too much. I usually don't do that. I don't know why I did that really.
Then later on I had 2 white chocolate macadamia nut cookies and just for grins my last piece of ferro rocher candy. No wonder I can't loose damn weight.
It was just total mindless eating. I mean I knew I was eating it I think I just got into a what the hell mode. @@.
Today so far so good. Same oatmeal breakfast.
11am snack of banana. I was a little hungry ; ]
