I started...
So yesterday I kinda, sorta started the Bob Greene program. I really, really wanted to do the exercise but I wasn't feeling well. I had been sniffling all day and it lead me to a tension headache. I know those little throbbing headaches are not helped by exercise, it just makes them pound worse.
BUT I got in bed a decent time, a little after 10:30 and got up around 6:30 this morning. I did my 15 min of cardio at a 7-8 pace and my heart rate was 148 bpm. That puts me right on target! Tonight I'll get my other exercises in. I also observed my not eating 2 hrs before bedtime...I want to try and make that 3 hrs.
